Anhydrous magnesium sulfate, chemical formula MgSO4, colorless orthorhombic crystal. It is soluble in water, ethanol and glycerol, but insoluble in acetone. It can also be used as desiccant, feed, fertilizer or compound fertilizer. It is also the raw material for the production of magnesium oxide.
